Classes, Personal Training, Active Campus

ATU Donegal Sports Centre offers three types of fitness offerings - classes, personal training and an Active Campus programme for all students, staff and others. The Active Campus programme offers tasters of varied recreational activity twice weekly, such as table tennis, badminton, climbing, jogging, GAA, and is free of charge. Fitness classes include Spin Fit, Body Conditioning and Box Fit and have a small fee. Customised personal training packages are a great route to your fitness goals. Available to all and everyone and all abilities are welcome.

ATU Donegal Exercise Classes 

ATU Donegal Sport Centre recreation is open to students, staff and the general public. A variety of classes are offered Monday-Wednesday in addition to Personal Training at times to suit and our Active Campus recreation tasters for all (see top of page). All are welcome.

Attendees are required to complete a health screening form once per term, or if any changes should occur in your health status, in advance of attendance at any class. Screening form.

How will I know what’s on?

Classes and Personal Training commence from September 26 2022. The schedule of activity is posted on all our social media platforms and emailed regularly to all students and staff. Check out our Home Workouts on this website (see the Quicklink ‘Home Workouts’ to the left).
