Information Resource Centre
The Library is at the academic heart of the Institute. It is located on the ground floor of ATU Donegal to the left of the main entrance door. All registered students have full access to the library and services provided until 1 September of the following year. The Library endeavours to support the educational and research needs of staff and students.
Estates
The Estates department′s role is to provide buildings, grounds and facilities of the highest standard to the staff, students and the research community of the Institute, in a professional and safe manner.

Finance
The Finance section provides a range of services including:
- Payroll processing
- Managing the purchasing function of the Institute
- Invoicing customers of the Institute
- Monitoring compliance with relevant legislation
- Safeguarding the fixed assets of the Institute
- Providing financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Involvement in the payment of student grants.

Computer Services
The Computer Services department′s role within this is to provide technical services of the highest quality to the staff, students and the research community of the Institute, in a professional, legal and ethical manner.
