The module aims to critique theoretical concepts of equality and inclusivity in education as well as nurturing the skills required to produce an evidence-based approach to equality.
This 10-credit minor award will enable learners to develop the skills required to contribute to a socially inclusive environment in addition to developing the leadership skills needed to enhance policy and strategy in educational settings.
Reflective practice is a key learning skill developed and applied throughout this programme to optimise the impact of the learning on the learner’s professional practice.
