Through participation in this certificate learners will gain the knowledge and skills to understand and implement restorative practices in their education community with a focus on transformative learning relationships with their students. The knowledge gained will include the principles and philosophy of restorative practice, which will then be applied through practice/case studies.
Reflective practice is a key learning skill developed and applied throughout this programme to optimise the impact of the learning on the learner’s professional practice.
