STEP 1
Fill in electronically the Application/Learning Agreement/ Change of Mind Form
Please note: Change of mind form to be submitted to the Erasmus Office no later than 3 weeks after registration.
STEP 2
Fill in electronically the medical registration form
STEP 3
Supply transcript of records of previous academic year (in English)
Students interested in Design and Creative Media programmes will have to demonstrate artistic / creative ability and are required to submit an online portfolio to peter.dobson@lyit.ie.

- Before 1st May for Semester 1 and before 1st November for Semester 2
