    Secretary/Financial Controller

    The duties of the Secretary/Financial Controller include responsibility for financial planning, budgetary allocation and control, the human resource function and administrative affairs of the Institute.  He is also responsible for the legal affairs of the Institute together with its insurance and health and safety obligations.  The Secretary/Financial Controller is secretary to the Governing Body of the Institute.
