Best Analytical Student Awarded to BSc (Hons) in Pharmaceutical & Medicinal Student

The Department of Life & Physical Sciences is delighted to announce that ATU Donegal student, Cormac Harte has won the Best Analytical Student Award 2022.

The award, sponsored by the Royal Society of Chemistry, is designed to recognise talent at an early academic stage and is only open to second year students. Uniquely awarded to the best performing Analytical Chemistry students, Cormac beat stiff competition from third level institutions across the country and will be proud to display his latest accolade on his CV.

The prize includes an official certificate from the Royal Society of Chemistry and a One4All voucher. The Royal Society of Chemistry is the largest organisation in Europe for advancing the chemical sciences with global membership of over 43,000. The RSC's work spans a wide range of activities connected with the science and profession of chemistry. It is involved in education, qualifications, conferences and publishing. It is recognised throughout the world as an authoritative voice of chemistry and chemists.

Cormac Harte is in his second year, studying BSc (Hons) in Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Science in ATU Donegal.
