This programme will support and develop those in a supervisory or management role, experts in their field, but with no prior exposure to conflict resolution and dispute management in the online environment whether in the context of team leadership, mediation or adjudication proceedings.

Role-Play is a key feature of the programme so that participants use industry case-studies to develop ODR strategies. Mediation software based on adaptive learning will be used to develop digital skills in this area in the absence of real-life role-plays.
Reflective practice is a key learning skill across many disciplines and this programme instils an ethos of reflective practice which is much-needed in light of current disruptions including the pivot to online and digital learning in the classroom. Learners will reflect on their own learning simultaneously with completing the Online Dispute Resolution module which will involve experiential learning including role-play, presentations and case-studies.
