This Certificate in Licensing Law aims to upskill those employed in a variety of statutory, voluntary and legal organisations who require an up to date knowledge of the legislation, current caselaw and courtroom practice
This programme has been developed to equip learners with knowledge of relevant licensing law and practice as well as contemporary issues such as online and distance sales which can be applied in the context of their job roles or voluntary work. This is a practical programme, whereby learners are encouraged to apply their developing knowledge, skills and competences through experiential learning based on interactive role-plays and the assessment.
