This Certificate in Children's Rights is aimed to upskill Child Protection Officers employed by a variety of statutory, voluntary and sporting organisations as well as those working within the criminal justice system and family support workers.
This programme has been developed to equip learners with knowledge of relevant international and national law as it relates to children which can be applied in the context of child protection and the criminal justice system. This is a practical programme, whereby learners are encouraged to apply their developing knowledge, skills and competences through experiential learning based on interactive role-plays and reflection
