Work Based Learning

ATU Donegal is a national leader in Work Based Learning (WBL). These programmes are designed and delivered in collaboration with employers. Our WBL programmes address challenges and opportunities identified by employers and our programmes are delivered at a time, place and pace that suits the employer and the learner. These programmes range in duration from 4 days to four years depending on the employer requirements. WBL programmes can be delivered for a single employer (subject to a minimum number of learners) or to a group of employers. In some cases support funding may be available.

Employers interested in opportunities for staff development or for upskilling/reskilling of key employees are invited to contact us to discuss your business's training and development needs.
