A poster exhibition of favourite quotes entitled “Quote Unquote” opened at the Regional Cultural Centre Letterkenny last week.  A large crowd came to view the interesting visual designs of well-known quotes from books, music and movies.  The exhibition was the idea of Noel Feeney and Lorcan Deasey, Graphic Design students at Letterkenny IT, who also organised the exhibition.  Students from a range of programmes as well as design professionals submitted works for the exhibition.

Cormac O’Kane, Head of Department of Design and Creative Media, commenting on the work said, “It’s a great show and the students have really outdone themselves.  It demonstrates not only their creative talent but also their entrepreneurial skills and a show like this really brings together everything that they have learned on the courses here at LYIT.”

“Quote Unquote” will run until Thursday 28 March in the Regional Cultural Centre, Letterkenny.‎
