LYIT has a wide range of flexible part-time/full-time courses and options for people to enhance skills, return to education or simply learn something new.  This year there are more courses than ever in lots of interesting subjects such as Early Childhood Care, Marketing and even Chinese.  So if you’ve been thinking about continuing study LYIT is sure to have a course to suit you.

The courses are categorised by Springboard, Accumulation of Credits and Certification of Subjects (ACCS) and Continuing Education.

Springboard courses are aimed at people who are unemployed and wish to return to education whilst retaining their social welfare payments.  There are a limited number of places available on the following courses:  Higher Diploma of Arts in Financial Services Technologies, MSc in Innovation Management and Applied Research, MSc in Marketing Practice, and MSc in Science in Computing with Enterprise Applications Development.  To find out more visit Springboard or email springboard@lyit.ie.

ACCS offers the chance to join current full-time courses throughout the college and study part-time at a pace which suits you.  This allows students to follow any module on a particular course and achieve a certificate on successful completion of the module.  Check out the courses in Business, Design and Creative Media, Tourism and Hospitality, and Nursing.
