The benefits of study abroad programmes are many. “This programme is a window onto the world for the students,” says Dr Sylvie Walsh, International Co-ordinator.
“The exchanges not only improve language skills, but they are an overall learning experience which increases the students’ employability and their confidence. They get an inside look at another country and every time they come back with a full address book. It’s the sort of opportunity which stays with them for life.”
LYIT student Barry Gregory adds, “I am really excited to be going to Amiens School of Business - it has a very good reputation. It will be interesting to see how they teach business and it is only 50 minutes from Paris!”
