    Minimum Academic Entry Requirements

    Learning Outcomes
    On successful completion of this programme graduates will:
    • have a knowledge, skills and competence level in a major language at C1 level on the Common European Framework and at B2 level in a minor language
    • have a specialised knowledge and skills of the cultural and business environments of the target languages and be able to apply these in an international business context based on reflection and experience
    • understand how the business elements integrate to enable the formation of a globalised strategic business outlook, have the skills necessary for use in an international business environment and be able to apply these in context.
    Are there follow-up Programmes Available?
    It is the intention of LYIT to develop a follow-up Masters Programme.
    Graduates from this Programme may pursue studies to Masters level at Institutes and Universities in Ireland or abroad.
    Career Opportunities
    Graduates from this Programme are qualified for positions as middle and senior managers in an international business context.
