- This programme provides progression to an Honours Degree level for students who have completed the Bachelor of Business Ordinary Degree or equivalent.

- This is a one-year add-on Honours Degree programme for students who hold the Bachelor of Business (Ordinary) in any of the streams, Marketing/Accountancy/Management.

- Generous exemptions are available from the professional Accounting Bodies and The Marketing Institute of Ireland.
- This Degree is recognised by the Department of Education & Science for the purpose of teaching Business and Accounting in second level schools. Depending on electives chosen the graduates may also be eligible to teach Economics. On successful completion of the programme, graduates can apply to do the Higher Diploma in Education to qualify as second-level teachers.
